Referral Bonus

At GenStaffing, we are always searching for great candidates. And there are no limits on the amount of people you can refer or the amount you can earn!

How It Works

GenStaffing will pay a referral bonus of $500 to any individual who refers a new candidate and is hired. A "new candidate" is considered to be a person who has not previously applied for any positions with GenStaffing within the preceding 12 months.

In order to qualify for a Referral Bonus, the applicant must name the referring individual in a cover letter and/or in an email at the time they apply for the open position.

If your referral is hired, you will be eligible to receive the $500 referral bonus.  The only stipulation is that your referral remains successfully employed for 90 calendar days beyond their start date.
